This course is designed to help you develop essential programming skills while reading, manipulating, and visualizing a variety of geophysical observation and simulation data. The primary language used will be Fortran, though limited aspects of C, javascript, shell scripting and Linux will be discussed. There are no prerequisites; no programming experience is required.
