Section Info:
Leadership and Social Change: Critical Reflections on the Rebuilding of New Orleans. This class will examine the rebuilding of New Orleans post hurricane Katrina from a leadership and social justice perspective with specific emphasis on emergent leadership, government response, media reactions and will include research on individualized topics and a one week mandatory research trip to New Orleans during spring break. This class will meet Friday February 11th - Friday April 15th.
