Trademark & Unfair Competition

Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.

Course introduces basic legal concepts relating to statutory and common-law trademark, interference with contractual relations and trade libel, the federalization of unfair competition law, and the role of the Federal Trade Commission in consumer protection activities.
