Basic problems, algorithms and data analysis approaches in computational biology.Topics include sequence alignment, gene annotation, microarray analysis, transcription regulation, comparative genomics, proteomics, regulatory network, and SNP analysis. Statistical models and algorithms covered include mixture model, hidden Markov model, EM algorithm and Gibbs sampler, clustering and classification methods
