Addresses the history, concepts, theories, and techniques of Organization Development as applied in Human Resource Education; emphasis on creating, managing, and sustaining system-wide change in public and private organizations; organized around diagnosis, implementation, and evaluation of individual, team, and organization-wide interventions.

Registration in this site-based course is restricted to students in the EOL Oak Brook CCEL (Higher Ed) Doctoral cohort. Class sessions will be held at the Oak Brook Multi-University Center on the following days and times: May 28 & 29; Jun 5 & 6; and Jun 18 & 19 (Fridays 5 to 9 pm and Saurdays 9 am to 4 pm). Students will meet online via Elluminae on Jul 1 from 5 to 7 pm. This course is part of a self-supporting program and DOES NOT accept the following tuition and fee waivers (TFWs): Cooperating Teacher waivers, Non-Academic waivers (including UIUC employees and employees of other state institutions), Academic waivers from UIUC, UIC and UIS employees, Related Agency waivers, Field Supervisor waivers or Retiree waivers. This program DOES accept statutory waivers (veterans grants, etc.) and waivers granted through fellowships/assistantships as governed by the Graduate College at UIUC.
