In addition, the student will be required to complete a comprehensive assessment of the company�s industry (including a competitive assessment of the key players in the industry) to identify an area where the company can improve and/or gain a competitive advantage. Based on the findings of the course project and assessment, the student will be asked to develop a business case and/or recommendations for how the company can create a competitive advantage based on the identified area.
