Considers critical issues in the assessment and study of psychological and social dysfunction, as manifested in adult psychopathology, childhood disorders, and community problems. Required of all entering graduate students in clinical psychology.

Prerequisite: Credit or concurrent registration in PSYC 538; consent of instructor required for students not admitted to graduate program in clinical psychology.
