Students will use excel features and built-in functions to build models in the Time Value of Money, Financial Statements Forecasting, Value at Risk, Ratio Analysis, Bond Pricing and Duration, and Options Pricing. STUDENTS SHOULD CONTACT PROF. OLTHETEN AT OLTHETEN@UIUC.EDU ABOUT REGISTERING. Priority will be given students who have completed both FIN 311 and FIN 321.

Real Estate Development
Section Info:
Provides students with an exposure to the real world of real estate through a series of lectures by real estate professionals focused primarily on retail real estate development. A side benefit of the class will be to provide graduating seniors some insights into different career paths to help improve the career choices that they make. REGISTRATION REQUIRES THAT STUDENTS SUBMIT AN APPLICATION FORM AND RESUME. Interested students may either pick up a syllabus and application in 340 Wohlers Hall or e-mail Prof. Cannaday at rcannada@uiuc.edu for both the syllabus and application.
