Ethics and Public Policy

Examination of the moral issues in public policy that arise in a in a democratic setting, utilizing conceptual tools from political and moral theory to evaluate policy decisions involving means and ends between conflicting goals.

Prerequisite: PS 100, PS 101, or consent of instructor.
