Lecture-discussion concerning the fate of foreign chemicals in various species of animals; principles of absorption, distribution, biotransformation, and excretion of drugs and toxicants; and pharmacokinetics and factors which modify these processes. Prerequisite: MCB 453 and VB 620, or equivalent.
