MBA 504
Credit: 2 hours.
The three titled sections are specified here: Section 1. LEC, Leadership Ethics and Change: An inquiry into leadership, ethics, and change. It explores the nature of organizational leadership and discusses its relationship to ethics. Section 2. GS, Global Strategy: Teaches the fundamental economic, financial, and political factors affecting the international expansion of the firm. Section 3. DRA, Decision Risk Analysis: Introduces students to the formal analysis of managerial decision making problems that arise under conditions of uncertainty. While the analyses will be, of necessity, highly quantitative, the emphasis will be on the problem definition, identification of the appropriate tools for analysis, and on the interpretations of the solution.
