Laboratory methods used in reproductive physiology studies, such as blood sampling, large animal surgery, collection of tissues and gametes, embryo recovery, in vitro fertilization, tissue culture, hormone measurements, and directed individual research problems.

Same as MCB 533, and VB 533. Prerequisite: Consent of instructor.
