Second term of spoken Korean, including conversation with a native Korean-speaking tutor under the direction of linguist instructor; studies formal grammar based on conversational materials; and includes some work on written Korean.

Credit is not given for both KOR 202 and 222. Prerequisite: KOR 201.

Prior knowledge of language requires a placement exam to be given. Call 244-1432 for date of exam and to register for the test.
