Credit: 4 hours.

Systematic analysis of theories and procedures of the various social and physical sciences bearing on research in labor and industrial relations; primary emphasis on the process of integrating the approaches and techniques of the various social sciences with respect to the study of problems in labor and industrial relations as met in practice in management, the union, and government service, as well as in teaching and research in the field.

Prerequisite: Major in social sciences or consent of instructor.
