Credit: 2 hours.
Knowledge of pharmacology in athletic training including the applications, indications, contraindications, precautions, and interactions of medications as well as governing regulations with emphasis on acquisition of athletic training values and athletic training policies and procedures. Students complete 30 hours of observation with a consulting physician.
Prerequisite: KIN 320, or consent of instructor.
