Sociology of Sport

Credit: 3 OR 4 hours.

Sociological analysis of sport as a sociocultural system which progresses from the micro to the macro level; focuses on theoretical and conceptual issues in sociology of sport.

Same as SOC 479. 3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: KIN 249, or SOC 249, or graduate standing, or consent of instructor.
