Group instruction in moderately advanced piano for music majors whose principal performing medium is voice, or an orchestral or band instrument. Continuation of skills introduced in MUS 174. Emphasis on solos, ensemble compositions, technical development, and more advanced work in sight reading, harmonization, improvisation, transposition, and aural skills.

Prerequisite: MUS 201 and MUS 207; MUS 174 or equivalent or consent of instructor.
