Social psychological research and theory applied to industrial problems; emphasis on interaction and communication theory, role theory, leadership theory, motivational and perceptual theory, and group structure theory as an aid in understanding and analyzing industrial problems.

3 undergraduate hours. 2 to 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: PSYC 201 or PSYC 245.
