(CPSC 450) Intensive instruction in the core methodologies of recombinant DNA technology. Students will generate and analyze recombinant DNA clones, using methods such as PCR; DNA isolation, restriction and ligation; electrophoresis; hybridization; DNA sequencing; computer-based sequence analysis.

Summer session I. Prerequisite: CPSC 352 or MCB 350, or equivalent, and consent of instructor.

Additional Class Materials Fee Required.
