(SP ED 341) Course focuses on providing participants with fundamental elements of instruction for working with students with disabilities in general and special education classrooms. Participants will learn strategies for organizing the classroom and designing and implementing instruction. Emphasis is placed on implementing and evaluating strategies that are effective for working with increasingly diverse students with varying levels of instructional needs across the curriculum.

Prerequisite: SPED 440 and concurrent enrollment in SPED 524 or EDPR 250, or consent of instructor.
