(PHIL 377) Philosophical examination of the aims, methods, and structure of psychology, with special attention to such issues as the nature of explanations of behavior, the adequacy of behaviorism as a philosophy of psychology, and the place of the mind in psychological investigation.
Same as PSYC 477. 3 undergraduate hours. 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: Two courses in psychology, or consent of instructor.
