(KINES 386) Pathology of athletic injury and illness. Emphasis on acquisition of athletic training knowledge and understanding of the physiological response of human growth and development and the progression of injuries, illness and disease processes in athletes. Students complete 30 hours of observation with a consulting physician in sports injury triage.

2 undergraduate hours. 2 graduate hours. Prerequisite: KIN 320, or consent of instructor.
