(FIN 459) The primary objective of this course is to give students experience in valuing firms. While the primary focus of the course is on mergers and acquisitions, the course will also cover topics such as initial public offerings, leveraged buyouts, spin-offs, and divestitures.
Prerequisite: FIN 520; or MBA 505 - Section G ( Financial Markets and Institutions); or consent of instructor.
