Credit: 3 hours.
(RHET 104) Continued instruction in structuring argumentative essays: concentrates on evidence, claims, warrants, issues, discussion, and elements of style. This is the second term of a two-term sequence (RHET 103 - RHET 104) that satisfies the campus Composition I general education requirement.
Credit is not given for both RHET 104 and either RHET 102 or RHET 105. Prerequisite: RHET 103.
Engineering students must obtain a dean's approval to drop this course after the second week of instruction.
