(U P 405) Techniques of policy analysis and evaluation; includes microeconomic concepts, cost-benefit analysis, cost-effectiveness, and planning-programming-budgeting systems; and examines selected public policies in areas such as transportation, environmental control, health, education, housing, and local finance. Prerequisite: Graduate standing in Urban Planning or consent of instructor.
