(SPCOM 335) Study of the major processes involved in an individual's adjustment to the communication situations of everyday life; emphasis on the development of interpersonal competency and orientations, social perception, interpersonal sentiment and hostility, trust, and the social context as factors influencing the understanding and evaluation of interpersonal messages.

Same as COMM 435. 3 undergraduate hours. 2 or 4 graduate hours. Prerequisite: SPCM 230, or consent of instructor
