(PSYCH 406) Measurement of psychological values; centrally concerned with how subjective values of multiple physical dimensions combine to produce unidimensional subjective values; and includes conjoint and functional measurement theory and methods, theoretical models of judgment and the analysis of empirical structures, and applications of scaling models to problems in social, personality, perception, and cognitive psychology. Same as SOC 585. Prerequisite: PSYC 407, SOC 587, or equivalent course in quantitative methods
