(NUTRS 410) Series of one-third term intensive courses on current topics in nutritional sciences research. Topics covered include: nutrition regulation, dietary fiber, nutrition and cancer, design of nutrition experiments, nutritional toxicology, nutrition and gene expression.

Same as ANSC 525, and FSHN 510. May be repeated in the same term to a maximum of 3 hours. Prerequisite: Advanced Biochemistry.
