(LAW 344) Examines specialized aspects of the sports industry; emphasis given to antitrust, labor, and tax issues as applied to professional sports, and antitrust and constitutional issues that have allowed courts to intervene in intercollegiate athletics. Does not consider recurring legal problems for which general principles of law are applicable.
