Authentication

Access to the CIS web API requires authentication against the CITES Active Directory (AD) using either BASIC or SPNEGO (Http Negotiate) authentication. You will need to:

1. Establish an account for your application or service in the AD.
2. Contact cites-cis to be added to the authorization system.
