Physics PHYCS 100. Thinking About Physics Course is designed for students who want to prepare for PHYCS 111 by improving their conceptual and problem solving skills. Students will learn to analyze physical situations, describe them mathematically, and understand the meaning of the solutions. Examples will be drawn from material that will be covered in PHYCS 111. Prerequisite: Credit or concurrent registration in MATH 120, or consent of the instructor. 1 hour. Students may register for PHYCS 100 and PHYCS 111 concurrently.
