PHYCS 343. Electronic Circuits, I
Same as CHEM 323.
The physics of semiconductor devices; theory and application of discrete and integrated devices in linear circuits; use of operational amplifiers and feedback; regulation, oscillators, and modulation; emphasizes practical experience.
Lectures, problems, and laboratory.
Prerequisite: PHYCS 301 and PHYCS 335, or consent of instructor.
5 hours or 1 unit.
