PHYCS 319. Space, Time, and Matter
Same as PHIL 319.
Philosophical examination of some fundamental concepts and theories of the physical world, such as time, matter, causation, space, and geometry; interpretation of quantum theory.
Graduate students write an additional paper.
Prerequisite: Junior standing, one physical science course, and one of the following: PHYCS 114 or PHIL 101, PHIL 270, or PHIL 317; or consent of instructor.
